Inspiration of the Month: BriBry

My inspiration for the month of October is someone who I do not know personally, but they have had a big impact on my outlook on life. A little over a year ago, I discovered the wonders of the YouTube community.

One night, after watching YouTube videos for hours and hours, I came across a musician from Ireland, BriBry. I fell in love with his music instantly. Not only did he post his music, but also many other types of videos from comedy skits to vlogs. He started a project called “Things To Do Before I Die” (now called “Things To Do Before We Die”), where he did something that was on his on his Bucket List in each video. The most memorable one being where he threw a dart at a map blind folded and traveled to that country that same day.

I chose Bribry as my inspiration this month because his outlook on life is amazing. He believes that if you want to do something you should go for it and let nothing hold you back. He accepts everyone for who they are and does not care what anyone thinks.

I have been lucky enough to attend two of his gigs in London and meet him both times. He is just as lovely in person as he appears in his videos. Photos can be found at the end of this post. Please excuse the terrible quality as they were taken on my phone.

To end this post I will leave you with one of Bribrys tweets:

“Friendly reminder to never give a shite about what people think of you. Do your own thing and life will be wonderful. Word.”
